Compensation Package

• Salary: Competitive, up to $80,000 annually, based on experience.


• Bonus: Profitability bonus opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at approximately $500,000, with potential for growth based on capacity.


• Handle daily tasks such as endorsements, renewal marketing, client communications, and billing inquiries.


• Provide support for quoting new and renewal business as needed.


• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and ensure client satisfaction.


• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.


• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role managing commercial lines accounts.


• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is highly preferred.


• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.


• Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office.
