Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support to customers and internal sales staff on commercial lines business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) coverages, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. This is a full-time, in-office position with no remote or hybrid options at this time.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Required:

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.


• Software Proficiency: Experience with AMS 360 is essential.


• Account Knowledge: Familiarity with generalist accounts ranging from $5,000 to $100,000 in premium, managing a book of business totaling approximately $1.5 million in premium.

Preferred:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
