Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing and servicing commercial lines accounts, with a focus on contractors, blue-collar workers, and other professional lines. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including contractors, construction, general liability, workers' compensation, real estate, property, and manufacturing.


• Handle both new business (20%) and renewal business (80%) processes.


• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.


• Support producers by taking on administrative and service-related tasks, allowing them to focus on business development.


• Utilize EZLynx (preferred) for rating and CRM purposes.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing commercial lines accounts.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx is strongly preferred.
