Commercial Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Producer to join a dynamic and growing team. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually + revenue sharing

Responsibilities

• Generate $100,000 in annual revenue through the acquisition and retention of commercial accounts.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.


• Collaborate with team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.


• Utilize Salesforce to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate reports.


• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.


• Participate in team meetings, shadowing sessions, and assessments as part of the onboarding and integration process.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance risk management or a related field.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
