As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will use your background in project scheduling, understanding of priorities and workload, RFQ and proposal preparation, and math aptitude to serve as the primary point of contact for the company's workflow.  You will communicate with all stakeholders, including PMs, customers, installers, vendors, transportation companies, and designers, to keep the project on time and on budget. 

Requirements

• 1+ years of project coordinating experience


• Ability to work in MS Office, scheduling software, and other programs easily


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Able to perform job duties during regular business hours M-F
