Are you the superintendent subcontractors actually listen to?

You won't be running the same building type on repeat here. This Construction Superintendent role covers solar, battery storage, EV charging, lighting, energy services and building envelope work, often on the same site. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

You'll run day-to-day site operations on assigned projects: coordinating subcontractor crews, keeping the schedule on track, and making sure work gets done safely and to spec. You're the one on-site catching issues before they become delays, walking the job with inspectors, and pushing projects through to a clean closeout.

You'll be working across a large Los Angeles project portfolio, helping cities, schools and municipalities cut costs, modernize aging infrastructure and generate renewable energy. Multi-technology, multi-site, and no two days quite the same. The work is public-facing too: the buildings you hand over are ones a community actually notices, a school with lower running costs, a library that isn't fighting its own HVAC system.

You'll work closely with the project management team, but on-site you're the one making the calls that keep the job moving.

Where you'll be doing it

You'll be joining a turn-key Design-Build energy provider that runs a genuine Los Angeles office, not a satellite crew dispatched from out of state. It's a company that's been independently named a Best Place to Work by more than one Bay Area business publication, built on a people-first culture rather than a marketing line, and one with a strong track record of hiring military veterans into the field team.

It's a genuine ESCO business at the forefront of that space, not a single-technology installer, which is why the work in front of you spans the full range of what a modern energy project actually involves.

Projects are based across the Los Angeles area, so you'll need to be comfortable getting to sites locally as required.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of construction supervision experience on the electrical side, either from solar, storage, EV charging, lighting or other ESCO/energy infrastructure projects, or from large-scale electrical construction on commercial buildings with a general contractor


• OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain it quickly


• Confidence running multiple subcontractor crews and keeping a site on schedule day to day

What you'll get

$110,000 to $140,000, plus medical, vision, and dental cover, 401(k), tuition assistance and disability insurance.
