Job Description

• $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems


• Diagnose and resolve HVAC service issues safely and efficiently


• Follow applicable safety procedures and use required protective equipment


• Maintain current trade licences and certifications


• Comply with EPA Section 608 requirements and relevant occupational safety regulations


• Attend safety training and follow established service procedures


• Communicate professionally with customers while maintaining a clean and professional appearance


• Support additional service requirements as needed, including overtime and weekend work when required

• State of Maine Gas Licence


• EPA 608 Universal certification


• Commercial HVAC systems experience


• Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC equipment


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Clean driving record
