Insurance Agent – Hybrid

Responsibilities

  Quote new and renewal business for personal and small commercial lines accounts.

  Generate new business opportunities through referrals, prospecting, and lead follow-up.

  Market insurance products and identify appropriate coverage options based on client needs.

  Manage and service existing accounts, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and requests.

  Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.

  Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient account management and client satisfaction.

  Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate client records, track activities, and manage policies.

  Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account growth.

  Address client concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.

  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  

  Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on personal and small commercial lines.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience quoting, marketing, and servicing personal and commercial insurance accounts.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

  Proven ability to generate leads, follow up on referrals, and identify new business opportunities.

  Familiarity with agency management software preferred.

Compensation Package

• 
  

  Salary Range: $40,000 – $65,000 annually, plus commission.
