Store Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead an insurance office and support continued business growth. This role is responsible for training and developing producers, managing client accounts, generating new business, and helping drive overall office performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance sales, along with demonstrated leadership and business development experience. This is an in-office position, and relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Train, mentor, and support insurance producers in achieving individual and organizational performance goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive new business production and support ongoing sales initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage and grow a book of business across personal lines, life, health, and Medicare products.

  
  


• 
  

  Quote and manage new and renewal business using Applied EPIC.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and professional service.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for additional coverage or business growth.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with leadership to support business objectives and office performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide guidance and support to team members regarding sales, account management, and client service.

  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  

  Holds active P&C (Property and Casualty) and L&H (Life and Health) insurance licenses.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 3+ years of insurance sales experience involving P&C and L&H products.

  
  


• 
  

  Prior leadership, training, or team development experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with Applied EPIC.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong sales, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Relevant insurance certifications or education in insurance, business, or a related field is a plus.

  
  

Compensation Package

• 
  

  Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
