Our client, a well-established organization with a long-standing reputation for excellence, is seeking a Mailroom Coordinator to join their Intelligent Document Management team on a temp-to-hire basis.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for supporting daily mail processing operations, ensuring production quality standards are met, maintaining documentation, and providing internal customer support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain daily mail production processes


• Perform quality control checks on output and workflows


• Identify and escalate system, process, or production issues


• Maintain accurate production documentation


• Support internal business partners and customer service requests


• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved


• Manage inventory and supply levels


• Recommend process improvements and efficiencies


• Assist with administrative and operational duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to solve problems and exercise sound judgment


• Demonstrated accountability and initiative in addressing challenges and opportunities
