P&C Account Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented P&C Account Coordinator to join the team. This role focuses on supporting the Commercial and Personal Lines of business, managing a diverse book of business, and ensuring exceptional client service. The position offers flexibility with a remote or hybrid work model; however, candidates must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.

Compensation Package

• Competitive salary: Up to $40,000 - $50,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist commercial book of business with an estimated revenue of $500,000 - $600,000.


• Provide exceptional service to clients across various industries and account types.


• Utilize Applied Epic software to maintain accurate records, process transactions, and manage client accounts.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.


• Assist in the preparation of proposals, renewals, and other client-facing documentation.


• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Required Experience:
  
  
  
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Commercial Lines.
  
  
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic software (this is a hard requirement).

  • Experience managing a book of business with agency revenue of approximately $500,000 - $600,000.
