Commercial/Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial/Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is a blend of sales and service, offering an exciting opportunity to work directly with an experienced agent in a supportive and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, a proactive approach to generating new business, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $30,000–$35,000 (with potential for higher earnings in the first three months).


• Benefits: $350 monthly contribution toward benefits.


• Bonuses and Commissions: Commission on new business and performance-based bonuses.


• Training Period: 90-day probationary period with comprehensive onboarding and support.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Proactively generate new business by reaching out to leads, building relationships, and identifying client needs.


• Client Servicing: Provide exceptional service to existing clients, including managing personal and commercial lines accounts.


• Quoting and Renewals: Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.


• Business Development: Attend client meetings and actively seek opportunities to grow the book of business.


• Collaboration: Work closely with the lead agent to support the agency’s growth and success.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including entry-level candidates with strong potential. Experience in captive, carrier, or independent agencies is a plus.


• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Guidewire software is preferred.
