Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing personal lines accounts, account rounding, and remarketing, with the potential to grow into a management position.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.

• Work Environment: Onsite position with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to personal lines accounts.


• Handle account rounding and remarketing tasks.


• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


• Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management.


• Demonstrate the potential to transition into a management role after one year.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software preferred.


• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.


• Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience.
