Responsibilities

  Provide tailored insurance solutions for standard personal lines accounts.

  Collaborate with the commercial lines team to ensure seamless service delivery.

  Utilize AMS360 to manage client accounts, maintain accurate documentation, and streamline workflows.

  Stay informed about industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance.

  Identify cross-selling opportunities to support client retention and business growth.

  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  

  Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in personal lines insurance is required.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in an agency or captive insurance environment is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in AMS360 is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Compensation Package

• 
  

  Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000 annually, plus commission.
