Personal Lines Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join a team in a 100% onsite role. This position is responsible for handling A-Z servicing of a middle-market book of business. 

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full servicing lifecycle of a middle-market book of business


• Handle all aspects of E&S lines, including completing specific forms, applications, and tracking renewals.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in AMS360 and other relevant systems.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.


• Monitor and manage deadlines to ensure timely renewals and compliance with industry standards.


• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.


• Proven experience in managing middle-market accounts, with a strong focus on E&S lines.


• Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.


• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
