A respected, locally rooted insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its growing team in Hartselle, Alabama.

This role is ideal for an insurance professional who enjoys building lasting client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and being part of a collaborative office culture where people genuinely enjoy working together. You'll have ownership of an established book of business while serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their insurance journey.

What You'll Do

• Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client needs


• Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive service and responsive communication


• Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and day-to-day account servicing


• Review coverage options and help clients make informed insurance decisions


• Coordinate with carrier partners to resolve issues and ensure a smooth client experience


• Monitor upcoming renewals, gather updated information, and assist with coverage and pricing reviews


• Maintain accurate account documentation and policy records


• Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to deliver outstanding service

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience


• Strong customer service and relationship management skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities


• Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems preferred


• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
