Personal Lines Client Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Client Manager to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This position is primarily onsite, with a hybrid schedule considered for the right candidate.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.


• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy changes.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.


• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.


• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.


• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.


• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition into our services.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.


• Must be able to commute to Newport, NH, as this position requires an onsite presence.
