Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless management of client accounts, providing exceptional service, and supporting the producers in delivering tailored insurance solutions. Compensation Package

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience.


• Profit Sharing: 10% of salary.


• PTO: Up to 4 weeks, based on experience.


• Bonuses: Annual Christmas bonus and performance-based rewards.


• Work Hours: 35 hours per week (paid lunch included).


• Work Environment: Onsite with potential for limited hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate quotes by inputting data into carrier websites.


• Format summaries, draft renewal letters, and update coverage details.


• Assist with claims and manage house accounts.


• Handle a book of business with premiums ranging from $200 to $12,000.


• Collaborate with producers and CSAs to ensure client satisfaction.


• Maintain a high retention rate.


• Utilize AMS 360 for account management.


• Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 3-5 years preferred, but open to candidates with varying levels of experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 and familiarity with top carriers such as Westfield, Auto-Owners, Hanover, Liberty Mutual/Safeco, and Progressive.
