Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a close-knit team. This entry-level role offers significant room for growth within a supportive and collaborative environment. As a key member of a Personal Lines department, you will assist with managing personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $63,000 annually (commensurate with experience; preference to stay under $60,000 but flexible for highly qualified candidates).


• Bonuses: Monthly growth bonuses based on team performance and annual holiday bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines insurance accounts, including auto, home, and recreational vehicles (boats, RVs, etc.).


• Process policy changes, cancellations, and payments.


• Assist with downloading reports and other administrative tasks as needed.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


• Support the quoting process for new and renewal business.


• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with an independent agency.


• Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
