Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients, primarily focusing on personal lines insurance, including auto and home coverage. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the leadership and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the success of the agency.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $70,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.


• Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including auto and home insurance policies.


• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, and other administrative tasks related to personal lines accounts.


• Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain a high standard of service delivery.


• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.


• Experience: Previous experience in personal lines insurance is required.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.
