Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (PL CSR) to join a growing team. Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at approximately $2 million, with account sizes ranging from $1,000 to $50,000.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.


• Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.


• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.


• Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and initiatives.


• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Some prior experience in the insurance industry is required, with a preference for candidates with independent agency experience.


• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is highly desirable.


• Licenses/Designations: Relevant licenses or designations are preferred but not mandatory.
