Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $75,000 with a declining salary structure, plus commission (40% on new business and 30% on renewals).

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including standard personal lines and some high-net-worth accounts.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.


• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and grow the agency's client base.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.


• Travel to meet with clients as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.


• 3-5+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Producer, with a proven track record of success.


• Familiarity with essential carriers, including but not limited to: Cincinnati, Pekin, Travelers, Hastings Mutual, The Hartford, EMC Insurance Company, Westfield Insurance, Utica, State Auto, Philadelphia Insurance, Encompass, Grange, ICW Group, Employers, Progressive, Safeco Insurance, and Foremost Insurance Group.


• Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.


• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal training.
