Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $125,000–$150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide full A-Z account management and servicing for a portfolio of higher-level Commercial accounts.


• Handle producer requests, emails, updates, binders, renewals, and endorsements.


• Support multiple producers across a growing book of business.


• Manage day-to-day servicing independently with minimal oversight.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.


• Utilize Applied Epic, Excel, and Outlook for account management tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Commercial Lines account management.


• Strong generalist background across various Commercial Lines industries, including auto dealerships, restaurants, manufacturing, construction, and contractors.


• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay ahead of producer needs.


• Proficiency in Applied Epic, Excel, and Outlook.


• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
