Senior Client Manager - Commercial Lines

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Client Manager specializing in Commercial Lines to join a team. This is a temp-to-perm position, with a strong likelihood of transitioning to a permanent role in the near future. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license and have a proven track record in managing commercial lines accounts. This is an onsite role, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Compensation Package

• Competitive annual salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on insurance solutions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client needs.


• Conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet client requirements.


• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.


• Assist in the preparation of proposals, renewals, and other client-facing documentation.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.


• Proven experience in managing commercial lines accounts.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.


• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
