Senior Client Manager – Commercial Lines

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Commercial Lines professionals to join a team as Senior Client Managers. These positions will begin as temporary assignments with the potential to transition into permanent roles based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities

  Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.

  Provide guidance and support regarding commercial insurance products, coverages, and service needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other servicing requests accurately and efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist clients with coverage questions and policy-related inquiries.

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes impacting commercial insurance.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client satisfaction.

  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 
  

  Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  
  


• 
  

  Commercial Lines insurance experience required.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  Proficiency with agency management software and standard business applications preferred.

  
  

Compensation Package

• 
  

  Salary: $72,000 annually.
