Commercial Lines Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on managing mid-to-large market Habitational/Real Estate accounts. As a key liaison between clients and senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, managing accounts, and driving business growth.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $150,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.


• Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large market Habitational/Real Estate accounts.


• Collaborate with senior leadership to quote new and renewal business.


• Oversee the day-to-day servicing of accounts, including policy reviews, endorsements, and renewals.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.


• Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients to meet their insurance needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on Habitational/Real Estate accounts preferred.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software (specific platforms will be discussed during the interview process).
