Seeking an experienced Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) Personal Lines Account Executive to join a prestigious insurance brokerage. Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth personal insurance accounts.


• Handle sophisticated client accounts, including those generating $25,000+ in annual revenue per account.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional white-glove service and personalized insurance solutions.


• Oversee complex personal insurance portfolios, including luxury homes, high-value properties, secondary residences, personal excess liability, fine art, jewelry, collectibles, and luxury automobiles.


• Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews, identify potential gaps in protection, and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.


• Manage the full renewal process, including coverage analysis, remarketing, carrier negotiations, and client presentations.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carrier underwriters, wealth advisors, family offices, and other professional partners.


• Negotiate with leading high-net-worth insurance carriers to secure competitive pricing, comprehensive coverage, and favorable policy terms.


• Coordinate policy endorsements, coverage changes, new business submissions, and complex account servicing needs.


• Provide claims advocacy and coordinate with carriers to ensure a seamless client experience.


• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance coverage, strengthen client relationships, and improve account retention.


• Maintain accurate client documentation and account records within the agency management system.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 7+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, with a strong focus on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.


• Proven experience managing individual client accounts generating at least $25,000 in annual agency revenue.


• Strong knowledge of luxury residential properties, high-value automobiles, umbrella/excess liability, fine art, jewelry, and other specialized personal insurance exposures.


• Experience working with premier Private Client insurance carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Cincinnati, Berkley One, and Vault.


• Familiarity with the New York City and Tri-State high-net-worth insurance marketplace.


• Experience servicing sophisticated clients with multiple properties, substantial assets, and complex coverage requirements.


• Excellent communication, relationship management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to independently manage a portfolio while delivering exceptional client service.


• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
