Your Tech Mission

As an I.T. Support Technician, you’ll keep critical systems humming across our car wash locations so teams can deliver fast, seamless service. You’ll blend sharp troubleshooting with hands-on installs and steady communication—on-site and remote.

Key responsibilities:
- Build and support LANs; run, terminate, test, and trace Ethernet cabling
- Support car wash POS systems and on-site technology
- Install and maintain IP camera systems, wiring, and remote access
- Troubleshoot PCs/servers, VoIP phones, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Gmail, Slack, QuickBooks, Adobe, and other apps
- Assist with Active Directory: accounts, password resets, and access control
- Respond to requests remotely/on-site, including on-call during operating hours
- Document procedures, issues, and resolutions; coordinate with ops and vendors
- Work safely with ladders/power tools around water, heat, noise, and electricity

Qualifications (required): HS diploma/GED, 18+, valid driver’s license, travel-ready, tool-capable, safety-minded problem solver. Apply and bring your I.T. Support Technician skills to the field.
