New Store Opener (NSO) Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a New Store Opener/Trainer. This role is critical in ensuring the successful opening of new stores and providing comprehensive training to our staff members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quick-service retail restaurant operations and a proven track record of delivering exceptional training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Opening:

Lead the setup and preparation of new store locations for opening day.

Coordinate with management to ensure all necessary equipment, supplies, and resources are available for the opening.

Conduct pre-opening inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any last-minute issues or concerns.

Training and Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new store staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Conduct on-the-job training sessions to familiarize employees with company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards.

Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement as needed.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with management to address customer feedback and implement solutions to enhance the overall dining experience.

Team Leadership:

Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to excel.

Provide guidance and mentorship to new and existing team members to promote career growth and development.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in quick-service retail restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership or training role.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate a diverse team.

Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Availability to travel in and out of state as location openings are scheduled. 

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in restaurant management or hospitality is a plus
