Newborn Care Specialist in LA & Miami (May due date)

We are looking for a top-tier Newborn Care Specialist for an UHNW couple expecting their first baby May 1st. The couple owns residences in LA, Miami, and Jackson Hole and will need the NCS to travel with them between residences. Their primary residence will either be in LA or Miami (will know by Dec). The principals already have one NCS onboard and are looking to hire two additional candidates (one will be the co-primary NCS and the other one will be the back-up NCS). The schedule is still being worked out, but it will be 24hr shifts, possibly on a week on/off rotation. CA & FL candidates preferred, but open to flying candidates in/out. The ideal candidate is sweet and loving and takes direction well. The principals are looking for "mama bear" energy. Must work well with other staff and be comfortable in a household with a medium dog.

The principals would be open to an NCS who can later transition into a Nanny role - not required.
