Direct Oversight: Campus Worship Pastor

Summary of Position

The Next Gen Worship Lead (Temp) is responsible for overseeing all Kids and Youth worship ministry activities to facilitate leadership, care, and community at the campus level.  This position reports to the Campus Worship Pastor and oversees the Kids and Youth worship teams. This role leads the next generation toward intimacy with God by developing highly anointed and skilled, Spirit-filled leaders and worship teams for all weekly and weekend Kids and Youth worship experiences.

Principle Responsibilities

Campus Worship Responsibilities

• Scheduled 3-4 times per month as Worship Leader for Youth services.
• Oversight for Kids Services to provide dedicated oversight, intentional leadership, and craft development with kids team members.
• Helps facilitate Kids Coaching and Youth Coaching for further leadership and craft development.

Campus Worship Operations Responsibilities

• Regular oversights with Campus Worship Pastor for vision and tasks as it pertains to Kids and Youth Worship at the campus level.
• Regular touch points with Kids and Youth team leaders for vision and tasks as it pertains to Kids and Youth Worship.
• Oversee song lists for Kids and Youth.
• Oversee monthly scheduling of teams for Kids and Youth.
• Build relationship with teams and keep a pulse on team members for any potential need for pastoral care.
• Regular touch-points with Campus Kids and Youth Pastors for service planning.
• Other miscellaneous campus needs as discussed with Oversight

Campus/Central Collaboration

• Regular touch-points with Central Pastor of Next Gen Worship.
• Regular attendance for Kids and Youth Central/Campus meetings.
