NIC Industries Production Team

About the Role

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Prismatic Production Team. These roles include Technician, Sprayer, and various other positions, offering opportunities to learn, cross-train, and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on role assignment, duties may include:

Technician Duties:

• Produce powder orders and verify product formulas according to specifications.


• Operate powder production equipment and package finished products.


• Maintain a consistent pace to meet production’s daily goals.

Sprayer Duties:

• Set up and operate spray equipment for powder coating processes.


• Apply coatings evenly and according to department standards.


• Inspect coated items for consistency, finish, and adherence to specifications.


• Clean and maintain spray equipment and follow safety protocols.

Other Duties:

• Prepare raw materials and maintain inventory levels.


• Ensure materials are properly returned, stored, and tracked.


• Keep production areas clean and organized.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.


• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.


• Work in a production setting with powder coating materials and noise.

Qualifications

• Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule & Shifts:

• Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, M-F (8-hour shift)


• Swing Shift: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM M-Th (10-hour shift)
