Nicklas Supply - Outside Sales

Nicklas Supply Inc., an employee-owned company specializing in quality kitchen, bath, and plumbing products, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with industry knowledge to grow existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.

JOB PURPOSE

Under the general direction of the Sales Manager, an Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating and maintaining relationships with current clients and recruiting new prospects. They will increase profitability primarily through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and selling products or services outside of the company's physical location. They act as the direct link between the company and its customers, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• The ability to build relationships by professionally engaging with a variety of clients in various environments.


• Demonstrate the ability to integrate industry partners into sales opportunities.


• Show proven skill in prioritizing customers, product promotion, and business analytic skills.


• Have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance to safely travel to meet with clients.


• Have a reliable cell phone and internet connection to allow remote communication.
