About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager, NICU to support a highly specialized Level III NICU team. This is an on -site leadership role for a nurse leader who is ready to apply their bedside experience, clinical judgment, and leadership skills to a unit caring for some of the region's most vulnerable newborns.
This role is ideal for a NICU RN leader who wants to help coordinate patient care, support staff development, improve performance, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment where nurses can grow in their careers. The Assistant Nurse Manager is part of the unit leadership team and is scheduled for 8 -hour shifts.

- Support daily operations and leadership within a Level III NICU environment
