Night Auditor | 11pm-7am | Full Time

Wage: up to $18/hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise and efficient night audit procedures.


• Greet late-night arrivals with a smile and ensure a seamless check-in process.


• Be the go-to person for guests inquiries, delivering top-notch customer service.


• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and maintain financial records.


• Communicate regularly with the Night Manager and active security guard to assure guest safety and security.


• Collaborate seamlessly with our Front Office team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.


• Notify the General Manager of any unusual incidents as instructed or otherwise deemed necessary regarding operations and/or safety and security issues regarding the hotel or guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role OR familiarity with overnight shifts is a huge plus, but not required to be successful in this role.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.


• Attention to detail and the ability to handle guest information and transaction with confidentiality and accuracy.


• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.


• Knowledge of local attractions, events, and services is a plus, allowing you to assist guests with their inquiries effectively.
