Job Description - Night Auditor

Performs all check-in and check-out related tasks.

Manages online and phone reservations.

Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.

Registers guests, collecting necessary contact information.

Informs customers of payment methods and verifies credit card information.

Provides information about the hotel, as well as all Company promotions and events.

Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Works with housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are clean and fully furnished.

Confirms group reservations and arranges personalized services for VIP guests.

Promotes additional services, when appropriate.

Maintains updated records of bookings and payments.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
