Pay:
· Starting pay: $21.31 per hour
· Night Shift Differential: $ +2.0 per hour
· Production Incentive: percentage range from 5% to 30% of hours worked pay!
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment
· Ability to use precision measuring tools and calculators
· Comfortable with math, unit conversions, production rates, and other tasks
· Good work history
· Superior Attendance Record and Reliable Team Player
· Strong Attention to Safety
