Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently
• Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Cheerful, positive attitude and loves serving others
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs and stand for long periods
