Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Nighttime Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during overnight hours. The ideal candidate works independently, follows safety procedures, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe surfaces throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Clean and restock restrooms and other assigned areas.
• Operate basic cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Work independently during nighttime hours while maintaining consistent quality.
• Perform other cleaning-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift cleaning supplies and equipment as required.
• Comfortable working overnight or late-night shifts.

Schedule

• Nighttime/overnight shift
• May include weekends and holidays depending on business needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning motions.
