Summary

Our partner's client is seeking a dedicated Nocturnist Hospitalist Medicine Physician to join their Hospital Medicine team! This full-time role is ideal for a physician passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a hospital-based setting during nighttime shifts. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to hospital patients during night shifts
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the patient experience and ensure excellent clinical outcomes
• Manage patient admissions and transitions of care
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records following hospital policies
• Participate in hospital initiatives aimed at improving quality of care and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• A dedicated commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent decision-making in high-pressure situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with hospital policies and standards
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Michigan

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced hospital-based environment is preferred

Compensation/Benefits Notice

• This role offers an annual base salary range of up to $255,000. Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and qualifications.
