North Florida Sales Representative (Butet)

BUTET is the high-end saddler that meets the exacting standards of riders who cherish fine horsemanship. For over thirty years, our minimalist, elegant saddles—featuring incomparable craftsmanship—have captivated riders seeking balance. This is a feat achieved in France, within our light-filled workshops in Saumur. BUTET  is looking for a Sales Representative (B2C) to cover the  territory of North Florida.

What we are looking for...

• Prior successful field sales experience
• Someone travel- ready with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
• A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
• Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter

Requirements

Sales Representative Mission:

• -Represent the BUTET brand and develop sales within the territory.
• Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
• Proactively prospecting and building new business opportunities.
• Represent Butet at horse shows
• Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service

 Sales Representative Salary:
We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.
Potential salary including base + commissions:

• Year 1: Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission)
• Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (base + unlimited commission)
• Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (base + unlimited commission)
