Provides in depth analysis of processing volumes, including issue identification and root cause analysis
Develops dashboards and reports to summarize and communicate operational metrics
Evaluates developments in the payment industry and how they impact American
Works closely with internal teams to coordinate resolutions on production problems, cost reduction initiatives and associated payments reporting/policy/fraud issues
Helps maintain American’s relationships with all domestic and international credit card schemes, processors and other payment partners
Builds consensus with other internal departments such as Sales, aa.com, Information Technology, Legal, Cobrand, and Marketing
Serves as a liaison to the Payment product delivery team related technology projects
Assists with transaction level processing such as rejects and exceptions
