FOH Team Leader - 

Overview - The job of the FOH Team leader is to interact with guests and ensure they have a great experience.  This position will assume some supervisory responsibilities as well.

General Responsibilities - Prepare tables, ensure appropriate stocking, prep tasks as needed, stay up to date on menu choices, daily specials, 86'd items, obtain revenue, issue receipts, perform basic cleaning tasks, assist with special events as needed, greet all guests, adhere to uniform policy.

Other Resposibilities - Writting schedule for up to 10 employees, assign daily cleaning, disipline FOH staff as needed, communicate with BOH Team Leader to coordinate special events. 

Job Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred, previous serving experience  required, management experience preferable.

Physical Requirements - Frequent walking and standing, can lift 25-50 lbs.

*Schedule includes all meal periods, may work holidays, weekends, will work 32+ hours per week. 

FOH Team Member (Server) -

BOH Team Member (Cook) - 

Overview - The job of the BOH Team member is to prepare high quality food for guests.  

General Responsibilities - Prepare food, ensure appropriate stocking, prep tasks as needed, stay up to date on menu choices, daily specials, 86'd items, perform basic cleaning tasks, assist with special events as needed, adhere to uniform policy.

Job Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred, previous cooking experience preferable.

Physical Requirements - Frequent walking and standing, can lift 25-50 lbs.
