NOW HIRING Heavy Equipment Operators

Okie Staffing is actively hiring Heavy Equipment Operators. Operators will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various heavy equipment on construction, infrastructure, and city projects.

Projects may include work for ODOT, turnpike authorities, municipalities, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Follow daily work plans and instructions from supervisors
• Coordinate with crew members to ensure workflow and safety on-site
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic maintenance during operations
• Comply with all safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines

• Valid heavy equipment operator certification or equivalent experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers skid steers or excavators.
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment in construction or related fields
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following protocols
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and rugged terrain
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary
• Will require drug test and background

Pay: 17.50 to 20.00 DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday plus weekends when needed

Overtime: Required as needed
