What You’ll Do

• Create a positive, welcoming classroom environment


• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development


• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities


• Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom


• Work collaboratively with a supportive teaching team


• Help children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for working with children


• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills


• Reliable, caring, and professional individuals


• Strong communication and classroom management skills


• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  

Preferred Qualifications

Lead Teachers

• CDA, Associate Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education 


• Previous childcare or classroom experience 

Assistant Teachers

• Childcare experience is a plus, but not required


• Paid training available for the right candidates
