Senior Helpers East San Diego is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who are available to work during the weekends. If you enjoy helping others and want a flexible part-time opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care to seniors in their homes


• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming


• Provide companionship and conversation


• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping


• Support clients with mobility and daily activities


• Follow the client’s care plan and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and compassionate caregivers


• Weekend availability is preferred


• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but experience is not always required


• Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration


• Reliable transportation


• Ability to pass required background and compliance checks

What We Offer

• $20.50–$22.00/hour, depending on experience and client needs


• Flexible part-time schedules


• Paid orientation and training


• Opportunities for additional hours based on client needs

• $100 caregiver referral bonus after the referred caregiver completes 3 shifts

Service Areas: East San Diego and surrounding areas, including La Mesa, Poway, Santee, Rancho Bernardo, Escondido, Ramona, and nearby communities.
