Weâre hiring an NP in our tight knit facility in Indianapolis whoâs ready to lead care, work independently, and still have time for life outside of work.

The Schedule

Monday - Friday

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Lead daily rounds and assessments

Coordinate care with providers and families

Educate patients on health plans
