NP or PA: Outpatient Provider needed in Susanville, CA

Northeast Community Health Centers is a nonprofit health care organization dedicated to patient wellness. They provide adult and pediatric family medicine with walk in, same day appointments. As a FQHC, Federally Qualified Health Center, they provide care for low income, uninsured families and provide discounts to help with cost of care. Great Pay and Robust Benefits Package: Starting at $130,000 Salary, CME, Malpractice, DEA & Licensing Reimbursement, Health/Dental/Vision Coverage, 403b w/matching, Generous Holiday & PTO

Ability to dictate notes with 2 medical scribes on staff 2 days a week

Full time flexible hours: M - F or 4 day -10 hour shifts

Family Medicine Experience

2-3 years of working independently as a PA or NP
