IN-HOME NURSE

Location: Rapid City, SD and surrounding areas — Home Instead of the Black Hills
Position Type: Part-Time and Full Time Opportunities Available
Pay: $35–$40/hour based on licensure, relevant experience, and qualifications

Typical Hours: Between Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Occasional flexibility may be required based on client needs.

 What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes (e.g., medication administration and management, wound care, health assessments)


• Support clients’ emotional and physical well-being through genuine connection


• Maintain clear documentation and communicate updates to the care team


• Educate families and clients on health conditions and self-care practices


• Work alongside other Care Pros to maintain safety and comfort for those who need it

What You’ll Need:

• Current Nursing License valid in South Dakota (Both LPNs and RNs are welcome to apply)


• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client's homes throughout the Black Hills
