Nurse

Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School is seeking a substitute school nurse to provide nursing coverage as needed during the school day.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide basic health and first-aid services to students and staff.
• Assess and respond to student illnesses, injuries, and medical needs.
• Administer medications and follow individual student health plans as needed.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and school staff regarding student health concerns.
• Maintain appropriate health and medical records.
• Support a safe and healthy school environment for students in PK–8.

 Qualifications:

• Current nursing license (RN or LPN) in Illinois.
• Previous school nursing or pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School.
